Free cycle training in Greenwich
Bikeability Cycle Skills training is free for anyone aged 7+ who lives, works or studies in Royal Greenwich. You can get up to 4 hours (typically 2 2-hour lessons) for free and can train individually, in pairs or in groups.
Cycle Skills training offers cyclists the chance to increase their confidence and skills in real-road conditions in the Borough and across London. Bike hire can be arranged for free from certain locations too.
The training is offered at three levels:
- Level 1: control your bike safely in an off-road environment
- Level 2: an introduction to riding on road, typically on quiet back streets with gentle traffic
- Level 3: advanced cycle skills on multi-lane roads, roundabouts, busier junctions and cycling infrastructure
To book Cycle Skills training visit the Bikeworks website and submit a booking form or call 020 8980 7998 for enquiries.
For any other cycling related enquiries, contact the Royal Greenwich Cycle Training & Projects Co-ordinator, Tim Le Rougetel by email at email@example.com or by telephone on 020 8921 2102.
